Kislaki Kötcse Olaszrizling 2022
Italian Riesling harvested in Kötcse, selected from nearly 25-year-old vines. Fermented spontaneously in large oval barrels (2000 litres) and then matured. It is the rich and fruity face of the south coast of Balaton.

"We chose the Cupbearer's favourite and were pleasantly surprised by how well put together this main course and wine pairing was. We were already familiar with all the dishes, but here at the Golden Barrel Restaurant, the familiar flavours made for a special experience. A special plus point is that you can choose between the two main courses, as my partner and I were able to taste both dishes. What I really liked was that it wasn't too complicated. Simply good food, well matched with wine, in a pleasant atmosphere. It's an ideal choice for someone who wants to get to know Hungarian cuisine or just wants a safe, well-planned dinner in the Castle."
